Live in the present moment and do not allow yourself to focus on the what ifs of tomorrow.

If living in the moment seems too overwhelming, you should consider therapy. Psychologists and Psychiatrists can teach you coping skills. Cognitive Behavior Therapy can help you learn to identify their thoughts and feelings, determine how your belief system is rooted, help you find ways you can counteract negative beliefs, teach you how to adopt coping techniques and identify situations that cause you stress or anxiety.  Cognitive Behavior Therapy is practiced by both psychologists and psychiatrists.
