mean when we talk about depression?

B Vitamins (B1, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12)
Symptoms of depression have been linked to a
deficiency in B vitamins. It is advisable for all adults to
take a multiple vitamin supplement every day. These vitamins
can also be found in such food products as breads, cereals, pasta,
meat, fish, nuts, and eggs.
When it comes to depression treatment
options, no one treatment will provide the relief the
person is searching for. The best way to tackle the problem
of depression is to use a multi-faceted approach with a combination
of medication and therapy.
